Does the Vegan D3 come with a dropper?

Our Vegan D3 bottle has a dropper insert top.  The small opening in the center reduces the flow of product when dispensing, allowing you to drip the product one drop at a time.  

You can either drop the 5 drops (which is one serving) onto a spoon and take it; add it to some water, juice, or a smoothie; or if you stick your tongue out and drop the drops directly onto your tongue, you will be able to watch how many drops come out and count 5 drops.
