As a dietary supplement, take 5 drops or 1 spray,1 to 2 times daily.

How do I know the sprayer is accurate?

The spray head is calibrated extensively by our quality team. That’s the reason we modify the volume of the serving size to 0.138ml for the 0.156ml

Can I mix the Vegan Vitamin D3 with other supplements?

You can mix all Vimergy liquid supplements together; however, it's best to take the B12 on its own. You can take any of our other supplements right before or after it.
