Do You Ship Internationally?

YES, WE SHIP WORLDWIDE!

Depending on your country and the shipping service you choose, you may be required to pay additional import or customs fees by your government in order to receive your package. Any additional charges are the full responsibility of the customer and should be taken into consideration before placing an order. Vimergy is not responsible for paying fees imposed by customs.

CUSTOMS

If a package is refused by the customer or customs, discarded, returned, or destroyed, it is the customer's full responsibility for the order, and we will be unable to reship. If a package is refused or denied, and we do happen to receive the package back, you will receive credit for the items minus shipping fees. Shipping charges or any other customs fees are non-refundable. We recommend that all International shipments include their phone numbers in case of delivery issues. We are not responsible for following up on International orders if there are delays or delivery issues. Once it leaves the US, you will be responsible for contacting your local post office and following up.

Also note, some items are not able to be imported into specific countries. Please know your country's laws before ordering.

NOTE:

Please note, our warehouse combines orders whenever possible if they are shipping to the same address. If you are shipping within the US or internationally to the same address and placing multiple orders over a 72-hour period, there is a chance the orders will ship together.

In some cases, delays can occur for orders shipping internationally as the customs info needs to be updated prior to shipping. It is recommended to place a single order rather than multiple smaller orders over a 24-72 hour period.
