Can I ship directly to a DHL ServicePoint?

You may request the order be delivered to a ServicePoint.   

When placing the order ensure the customer enters their own residential address.

Only after that can they choose a delivery to a ServicePoint or parcel locker within the DHL environment.

If you ship directly to a parcel locker, the courier is unable to open the locker. In such cases, the parcel must unfortunately be returned.
