Tropical Immunity Chia Parfait (1 serving) 3 tbsp chia pudding 3/4 cup soy milk (Or Milk option of your choosing) 1/4 tsp vanilla extract 1 serving Total Immune Blend Yogurt (I use dairy-free protein coconut yogurt) Raspberries Mango puree (just blend some frozen or fresh mango in the blender with non-dairy milk)
1. Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate overnight (stir and whisk together well). 2. Layer with yogurt and berries then sprinkle with coconut. Danielle’s Tip: Make a double or triple batch on Sunday night for grab-and-go immune-supporting breakfasts for the busy week ahead. |
