Why did the label change, it did not use to say concentrate?

We have made some changes to our labels.  It may appear to be matte vs shiny. 

We also updated the label to state Organic Lemon Juice concentrate vs Organic Lemon Juice or Organic Apple Juice concentrate vs Organic Apple Juice as it's a concentrate that we use.

Essentially, they’re juices that have had part of their water evaporated off.
