Why does the amount of powder vary from product to product? Is my powder canister underfilled?

The canister may appear to be 40-60% filled. The powder can settle, the filling machine has quality control measures in place based on the weight of the product once filled.

Vimergy fills the canister by weight, not by volume. It is a function of the powder density, which can vary dependent on the raw plant material at the time of drying and milling, that will dictate how full the canister seems to the eye. This is why we fill by weight, to ensure the customer gets a consistent number of servings per container.
