How do I use this product?

As a dietary supplement, take 2 dropperfuls (2mL) a day. One serving is approx 40-44 drops.  Can be taken by placing it directly in the mouth or add it to water, juice, or a smoothie.

When is the best time to take the Total Immune Blend? 

Any time of day is fine.   

Some people take it in the evening as it can help soothe the respiratory tract and promote restful recovery.   

Can I mix the Total Immune Blend with other supplements?

Yes, you can mix it with our other supplements (except B-12, which is suggested to be taken on its own) and drop it directly in your mouth, or mix it with water or juice.

Taste questions?

We use minimal ingredients, some people may taste the thyme.   You can mix in juice or a smoothie if you do not care for the taste.
