How to Edit or Cancel a Subscription

You may edit or cancel a subscription via your account or by contacting customer service, we are happy to make any changes needed.   Many customers reply to the reminder email with edits or cancel requests.  Customer Service can assist with any changes; changes must be processed the day before the processing day.  

Once you are logged into your account, Go to Subscriptions

You may edit/cancel by order or by product

If canceling by Order - click on View Upcoming orders.  Select the upcoming order you would like to edit/cancel.  

To Cancel or Edit - please select Edit as shown in green in the screenshot below.

To cancel, select Cancel this subscription.    You may reactivate in the future if you wish.  

You will then be redirected to confirm - select a reason why and click Next.

The system may require an additional confirmation

Once confirmed, the cancellation confirmation will show.
