We recently adjusted the suggested serving size from 1/2 scoop/1,000mg to 1 full scoop, which is equivalent to 2,000mg. You may adjust the amount you take according to what is best for you. 1 scoop is 1/2teaspoon, and 1/2 scoop is 1/4 teaspoon.
How to Use:
Serving: As a dietary supplement, take 1 scoop, which is equivalent to 2,000mg of Vitamin C., 1-2 times per day.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place.
