How do I use this product?
Shake Well Before Each Use. Serving: As a dietary supplement, the suggested serving size is age dependent: Ages 4-18 years: Take 0.25 ml (8-10 drops) by mouth once a day. Ages 18+ years: Take 1ml (32-40 drops) by mouth once a day.

When is the best time to take the Brain Body Recharge?
Any time of the day, however, we do recommend taking it with food as the actives are fat soluble, which is best taken with food. Please share well before each use.
Can I mix the Brain Body Recharge with other supplements?
Yes, you can mix it with our other supplements (except B-12, which is suggested to be taken on its own). We suggest mixing in juice or a smoothie. If you take the product straight or in water, one may taste the oil. You may also mix in with your food such as a salad or quinoa.
How do I use the dropper?
The dropper is a graduated dropper; marked so serving size may be easily adjusted. Squeeze the dropper at the top and it will fill up to about 1 ml. Squeeze the dropper to customize the amount you need. We do not recommend exceeding the serving size.
Is Brain Body Recharge safe for pregnant or breastfeeding women?
Pregnant or breast-feeding women should consult with their healthcare professional before using melatonin supplements.
How is Brain Body Recharge different from the D3
Brain Body Recharge provides additional benefits for Cardiovascular Health, and Energy. While D3 alone will support Bones and Immunity.
Do I need to continue to take the Vegan D3 is I am also taking Brain Body Recharge?
Brain Body Recharge contains 1,000 IU per 1ml dropper serving size.
Vimergy Vegan D3 contains 1,000 IU in 1 spray/5 drops.
If your health professional has recommended additional vitamin D, over 1,000 IU then you may take the vitamin D also. For personal recommendations we suggest consulting with your health professional.

Organic coconut oil is a very high-quality oil, but the amount in a serving of Vimergy Brain Body Recharge is so tiny that it only contributes to 1% of the daily value in an adult serving.
How is the product sourced?
Brain Body Recharge is nature identical. CoQ10 and K2 are sourced synthetically to avoid fermentation and Vegan D3 is 100% plant-based and comes from cholecalciferol-rich lichen extract. Not animal-based like many Vitamin D3 supplements.
Can I take Brain Body Recharge if I can’t have Fermented foods?
Yes, absolutely. K2 is synthetically sourced to avoid fermentation. Many K2 supplements are from Fermented foods like soybeans or cheese. We never use any animal protein and all of our products are Soy free.
