Which carriers do you use for shipping within the US?
Our shipping software doesn't give us the choice of carrier. The system chooses the carrier, and we are notified once the label is made. Our shipments are delivered via UPS, USPS, FedEx, and in some instances via Lasership / Ontrac, GoFo and other local carriers.
Some carriers have contracts with other carriers.
UPS Surepost, FedEx Smartpost, ACI, and DHL are partnered with USPS and help transport the package to the local USPS office for final delivery this can occur for regular street addresses and home addresses.
Shipping options - changes of address, or delaying of a shipment:
We ship orders as promptly as possible; orders are normally shipped within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday) unless there are items restocking or delays in the warehouse.
Once the order is submitted, any cancellations or address changes must be communicated immediately and only during our office hours, customer support is available Monday through Friday 9 AM to 5 PM EST. If you are emailing outside of office hours, please share your cancel request via email, help@vimergy.com and our team will try to review timely. Our warehouse works extended hours, once the order is processed in the warehouse we are unable to make changes.
We do not offer package interception or address changes for security purposes. Each carrier has its own guidelines. If you have a confirmed account with the carrier, you can often work with the carrier to update your shipping info. We are unable to make the updates on our side once it has been processed/shipped. If your order shipped via UPS, in many cases, UPS may offer the customer the option to request a hold for pickup at a UPS location. If your order shipped via FedEx and it's a FedEx Ground shipment, we can contact FedEx to request that the package be held for pickup at a local FedEx location.
Delaying delivery is not something we can easily support. Our team would need to be made aware that the order is placed to delay the shipping. We can then place it on hold and submit it on the date you wish to ship. We can also ship directly to a FedEx location.
