International Partner Ordering Process - Multi warehouse

Once my account is approved, how will I gain access to the ordering website?

An email is sent confirming once the account has been set up. You may select the blue bar - Go to account.

Please note - the website should not be accessed via a mobile device. It is not designed for mobile.

We suggest a computer or tablet. If using a tablet we would suggest using the Chrome app browser.

You may also visit the site directly to log in: b2bportal.vimergy.com

Once you are redirected -please input the email tied to the account.

Check your email, a message should be received, confirming the Vimergy B2B Portal: 6-digit code.

Insert code into the section and submit.

Once you enter the 6-digit code you will be logged in and see your account profile page. If you are a previous wholesale account, please note older orders won't be displayed here as it's a new system. If you need access to your previous order invoices, you may log into your account on vimergy.com and see the previous order history.


Your account is setup to support shipping from two different warehouses/countries.

Please check the appropriate location .

Organic Items Only will ship from the US warehouse.

Non-Organic Items Only will ship from the EU warehouse.


To place your order, view products - please select Go to store from upper right corner.


Once you are in the store -you will see the Current Ship From Location -if it shows United States then we need to update the currency to USD.

Page down to the footer -next to Provide Feedback link you should see United States (USD $) for your orders shipping from the US warehouse. Please ensure the currency is adjusted.


If you are placing a Non-Organic order it will ship from the EU and the Current Ship From Location and Currency should match, please review and adjust currency if needed prior to placing your orders.



Now you are ready to add items to your cart.

There are several search options shown and you can Toggle the view from a table view to an image catalog view.

The Table view shows you the Items per Case and ability to add from cart from this page.

When you add to cart, you are adding a case and each increment is in cases.


The image catalog view will require you to select the product you wish to view and then you can see the items per case and add to cart from the product detail page.


If you wish to remove an item from the cart, change quantity to 0 and the cart will update.

You may adjust the quantities from the cart page.

If you are shipping from the US for an Organic order. Please remember to add a pallet to your cart, you can select between wooden or plastic.

If your order is shipping from the EU warehouse, no pallet is required, the transportation cost will be calculated.

Prior to going to checkout you may input any instructions. Then proceed to Checkout.


If you wish to reference a PO number on your invoice, please enter. Once you are ready, please submit review order.

Then select Submit for review
