Why did you change the formula of Ashwagandha?  

We've recently updated our vitamin formula to provide you with even better health benefits. Through meticulous research and feedback, we discovered ways to validate the potency and effectiveness of our product. 

Why is the consistency of the Ulti-Ashwagandha thicker? 

The full spectrum standardized extract has a thicker consistency that may settle while in storage. Please shake well prior to using. You may also mix the tincture by pumping the dropper a few times. The liquid separates when sitting. It's completely normal. 

What is the reason for receiving a product different from the one I had ordered? 

While you ordered Vimergy Ashwagandha, our inventory updates have resulted in you receiving the newer version, as the traditional version may be out of stock.   

When will the new formula be fully released?

Our warehouses are still working through the stock.  Once the original formula runs out, the newer formula Ulti-Ashwagandha will be released into stock, our inventory varies from warehouse to warehouse. It may be a few months before new product being fully released.
