Each product has its own unique benefits. Adapto B-Complex has a dosage of 1 capsule 1-2 times daily, so it's an easy addition for most people on top of the liquid B-12 supplement and one bottle will last anywhere from 60-120 days.

Are these B vitamins methylated?

Yes, the methylfolate (5-MTHF), methylcobalamin B-12, Riboflavin-5-Phosphate, and Pyridoxal-5-Phosphate are all active, methylated forms of B vitamins.
