How Do I Track My Order?

Once you place an order, our system will automatically send an order confirmation email confirming the order has been placed.  Once we ship the order, an email is sent confirming the order has shipped with a link to log into your account and view tracking details. 

When you log into your vimergy.com account you will see your Order History

Click on the order number

Please reach out to customer service if you have any questions related to shipping or tracking your order.  

Click Track shipment - which will then take you to the carrier tracking details so you can track your package.
