5-HTP supports the maintenance of healthy levels of serotonin in both the central nervous system and periphery of the body. 5-HTP is the immediate precursor of serotonin and is readily converted to serotonin in the body. 5- HTP easily crosses the blood-brain barrier and effectively increases central nervous system synthesis of serotonin.

Our 5-HTP is grain-free, alcohol-free, gluten-free, non-GMO, soy-free, corn-free, kosher, vegan and paleo-friendly. There's also no citric acid, gelatin, artificial flavors, or natural flavors.

How do I use this product?

As a dietary supplement, take 1 capsule, 1-2 times daily. 5-HTP is well absorbed and can be taken with or without meals.
