How Do I Return An Item?


You must contact us and arrange for a return within 30 days of your purchase. All product(s) must be in their original, unopened package to be accepted for a return, unless there is a manufacturer defect


If the package was damaged in transit you must contact us in 7 business days. We will happily replace any damages.


If your product is eligible for a return, email us at for instructions on how to send the product back, and to receive a RMA return number. Returns can take 7 - 10 business days to process a refund once we’ve received the return.

Please note: Unless there is a manufacturer defect and we are contacted in 7 business days, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Shipping and handling is not refundable.
