What's the difference between Curcumin and Turmeric? 

Curcumin is the active compound found within Turmeric. We use both the active compound and the product itself within our Curcumin formula for extra added benefits.

Does Curcumin need Black Pepper to work?

There have been some trending articles on the internet stating that black pepper is required in a formula for turmeric to work. We believe this to be untrue. Turmeric has been used alone in Asia for thousands of years and is a big part of Ayurveda, Siddha, and traditional Chinese medicine. Also, for many people black pepper can be a digestive irritant, which is one of the main reasons why we chose to leave it out. There has been many studies and trials of turmeric used on its own, and our customers have experienced fantastic results with the use of turmeric just as it is.
