Is Melatonin good for you?

There is a great deal of misinformation about melatonin on the Internet. Melatonin is naturally produced by the body, however many of our clients benefit from supplementing with additional melatonin for different health purposes, including occasional sleeplessness. If you’re unsure whether it’s right for you, you can always check with your healthcare practitioner.

When should I take Melatonin?

It's best to take melatonin right before going to bed, as it will make you drowsy. Melatonin should not be used in combination with certain prescription and over the counter medications, or by individuals with certain medical conditions. This product should not be consumed with alcohol, or other medications or products which may cause drowsiness. Do not operate a motor vehicle or other heavy equipment when using this product.

Can I give this to my child?

This product is not intended for children or adolescents, or for long-term use. 

Are the capsules vegetarian?

Absolutely, all of our capsules are vegetarian (vegan) capsules.
