We do not carry creatine at this time. We would suggest our Spirulina.


Spirulina and creatine both support athletic performance and muscle health, but they function through very different mechanisms.  

Spirulina is rich in B-vitamins, iron, essential amino acids, and other nutrients that support the body's energy production for stamina boost, providing sustained energy release, that may prevent fatigue.


  • Performance Enhancement: Both are used as "ergogenic aids" to improve physical output. Spirulina enhances endurance and aerobic fitness, while creatine improves maximal strength and power.
  • Muscle Recovery: Both help reduce markers of muscle damage.
  • Natural Occurrence: Both can be found in small amounts naturally; spirulina is a cyanobacterium, and creatine is found in red meat and seafood. Interestingly, spirulina itself contains trace amounts of natural creatine.
  • Synergy: They are often used together in sports supplements to provide a broader range of benefits, from energy production to antioxidant protection
