How to Update Your Upcoming Subscription
- If you select Ship Now the order will process and the date will update. This means the order was charged. You should receive an email confirming the order.
Please use the below instructions to update your Upcoming Subscription
Click Manage Subscriptions
Click Edit Subscription to Edit the overall subscription or you may choose to Edit Next Order Only if you wish to only edit the upcoming order
Once you click Edit Subscription you will see your Subscription Details
You may edit the various sections by choosing the > button (see below, icons highlighted in yellow)
Next Shipment date options
You may also Skip Next Shipment or if you wish to change to a specific date, please select the > button; you will then be prompted to choose a date on the calendar.
Delivery Frequency may be adjusted by selecting the >. If you wish to adjust outside of the 14, 30, or 60-day option, please contact Customer Service. We can adjust to whatever frequency you would like.
Products may be edited via the > button. You may also select any product from the ALL Add to your subscription if you wish to add that item to your subscription.
